Quality & Compliance
Every component we supply comes with a documented chain of custody from manufacturer to your site. Our quality system is designed for demanding industries where material integrity is non-negotiable.
Quality at every step
From supplier qualification through to final dispatch, quality controls are embedded throughout our supply chain.
Supplier Qualification
We maintain an approved vendor list (AVL) of manufacturers assessed against quality, delivery and technical capability criteria. New suppliers undergo a formal qualification process including document review and, for critical materials, mill audits.
Order Placement & Mill Certificate Requirements
Purchase orders specify the applicable product standard (ASME, EN, API), the material grade, dimensional standard, heat treatment condition and minimum certificate requirements (typically EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2). Special requirements such as NACE, low-temperature impact testing or PWHT are stated on the PO.
Incoming Inspection
On receipt of materials we perform dimensional checks against the applicable standard, visual inspection, PMI (positive material identification) by XRF on a sampling basis, and certificate review to confirm all PO requirements are met. Non-conforming items are segregated and returned.
Processing & Traceability
When materials are processed (cut, threaded, machined or coated), heat numbers and lot traceability are maintained throughout. Heat stamps and color coding are applied where required. Processing records accompany the final delivery documentation.
Pre-Dispatch & Documentation Pack
Prior to dispatch we compile a complete documentation dossier: mill certificates, dimensional inspection reports, PMI reports, hydrostatic test records (where applicable) and a packing list. This dossier is provided to the customer with each delivery.
We speak your standards
Our team is experienced with the principal international standards applied in oil & gas and industrial construction.
